Returns

You can return any SecureNestCollective product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in the condition you received it, with all accessories included.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send the return instructions by email.

Disputes

If your item arrives damaged, contact us and include photos of the damage — a short video helps if photos don't show it clearly. If you've already sent a complaint through another channel (such as a payment dispute or email), include a screenshot showing the name, date and content.

In some cases we may ask you to return the product to us before a refund is issued. We'll confirm the return address and instructions by email.
