About these terms
These terms apply when you order a SecureNestCollective product through this website. Please read the product information, price and delivery details before placing your order.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement. An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment. If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information and for checking that a product is suitable for your home before buying.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total price, delivery charge and any discount are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through our secure checkout.
Delivery
Every order ships with tracking. Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, occasionally up to 8. Delays outside our reasonable control may happen; if they do, we will provide the information available to us.
Returns and refunds
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be in the condition you received it, with all accessories included. Contact us with your order number to receive return instructions. Our Returns page explains the process for damaged products and disputes.
Products and responsible use
Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose, but screen colours and small details may vary. Follow the supplied instructions and use security cameras only on property you are entitled to monitor, with respect for neighbours, visitors and data protection law.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Changes and governing law
The terms in force when you order will apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have where you live.
